    POTA is the Parks on the Air programme where Ham’s set up portable stations and make contacts, logging contacts to claim park activations. The Musick Point club will have their clubrooms and museum open for any member who would like to look through. Coordinate on the 5775 repeater.     A tape measure yagi is popular internationally for foxhunting! 1300-1400: Remit meeting ahead of NZART AGM at King’s Birthday Weekend

  • Saturday 27 June 1100-1300: Self Drive VOTA (Volcanos on the Air) activity VOTA is a simple activity that involves making contacts from volcanos around Auckland. Typically, 2m simplex is used, and the generous activation zones means you can activate many without leaving the car!

  • Saturday 18 July 1100-1300: An Introduction to Foxhunting

  • Sunday 16 August Branch 02 100th Birthday Celebration

    • 1500-1800: Family Foxhunt
    • 1800-2000: Birthday Dinner at the Howick Club

    Dinner for financial members is free – partners, family and friends are welcome to come along (adults $TBA / children $TBA)

  • A pop-up will ask: “Do you want to add this calendar?”
